something really funny happened this morning...
i was buying something that cost 80 cents...
and i paid $2...
so by right the aunty should give me a change of $1.20 right?

aunty: 你有八角吗？
me: 没有，我不够..
aunty: 你有多少？
me: (pour out my coins)六十五而已..
aunty: (kept pressing calculator)
me: (maybe she wanna calculate if she still make profit if she charge me 65 cents... wiii~ XP)
aunty: 可以! (then she get 60 cents from me)
me: (wiii!!! while waiting to get my $2 back...)

and guess what??
the aunty gave me $1.80...
i am so confused that time...
why she give me $1.80...
then i walk out of the shop...
and after few steps i realised i still paid 80 cents for the thing i bought...
just that i dont know why she dont just give me the $1.20 from the beginning...
and from the $1.80 that she gave me...
there IS a 20 cents...

dahhh...
so dont get it...

hi peeps...
i've got so much to blog about today...
first thing first...
submitted my last assignment of the sem..
like FINALLY~
it's the marketing group project...
we are requested to think of a new product for a brand...
and here's our product:

went out with kid yesterday...

had sour sally...
ordered small cup with 3 toppings (greedy us)...
then when i am about to pay...
the other worker asked us whether we wanna upgrade to medium cup...
cause i think small cup is a bit hard to put in so many toppings...
so we upgraded...
but they put in the wrong topping for us...
we ordered aloe vera instead of longan...
so they just add back the aloe vera for us...
so in total we got 4 toppings!!!!
paying only for 3 toppings
wiiii~ =D
our order: twist with peach, mango, aloe vera and longan

this is the dinner i cook today...
for my elder brother and myself...
since both us are not feeling so well...
nah...
i know most people dont get my style of cooking...
including my brother...
his expression is so interesting when he saw this...
so let me explain...
this thing...
is a soup...
the 主角 is the soup...
and the 配角 is potatoes, mushroom, meatballs, vege, seaweed, tomatoes and rice...
yes!
i said rice...
i was explaining to my bro about the benefit of this soup when i am scooping it into bowls...

1. healthy
2. effort-saving (by throwing everything inside)
3. less bowls to wash (since everything is cook inside the pot)
4. I DONT KNOW how to cook rice (so just put it inside the soup and let it cook lorrrr)

so...
when my bro ask me what's the name of this dish...
i said...
YEN'S PRODUCTION...
and it's under the soup category...
i am so proud of my creative recipe!!!

hasn't been blogging for days...

have been busy packing before CNY...
busy eating during CNY...
and busy rushing assignment after CNY...

didn't get the chance to meet some of the people that i wanted to meet so badly...
the holiday is just too short...

am currently back to my school life...
rushing assignment...
meeting deadlines...
but the good part is...
many of my friends...
who took the opportunity to go back to their hometown...
is also back in school...with their hometown special products...
so there's been a lot of passing around of food lately...
kid even tapau-ed a container full of CNY titbits for me
=)

i'm having flu~
started today...
so basically my nose is the busy-est part of my whole body...
i miss home...
all i wanna do is just ly on my bed and do nothing...
